A lot can happen in two months, not least in the hedonistic non-stop world of RC Racing where more tends to happen in a week than during Clinton’s ‘alone’ time in the oval office… Anyway, back to future & on topic, we present to you the 2015 Québec Classic – brainchild of Jerome Treignier, known for his jet setting ways as well as mechanic-ing for Reno Savoya – Mr ‘JTQ’ to you.
The annual event returns July 2-5th so expect it to be hot warm bearable, summer the only time hardy Canadians can play outside, we’d rather presumed that one of Canada’s greatest recent exports would be attending the event (that’s Tessmann… not Bieber), however he ain’t on the list, on the other hand newly-monied Neo Race Champions AKA are throwing their rubber-funded support behind the event by sending Ryan Cavalieri & Jared Tebo.
AKA’s own Mark Pavidis will also be making the trip across Canada’s ‘Checkpoint Charlie’ (border) to take part, race, and glue a few tyres no doubt. Not sure the Factory AKA Merc Sprinter Van is the best tool for the 3,019 mile cross country Murieta-Quebec marathon job though, air travel boys.
